HoverMe on Twitter for a Better Social Networks

A browser add-on named HoverMe is launched to add contextual social information about some people who you follow on new version of Twitter. HoverMe is an add-on which works with firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer, it brings up a window that shows links to that person's profiles on other social networks and media sites (FriendFeed, Foursquere, PlanCast, dan Facebook) when you hold your mouse or cursor over someone's name on Twitter.com. This plugin only works in the new web application that Twitter release out a few months ago. But one of the plugin's developer says that it'll possible to add a similar functionality to facebook.com
